El film de Alexander Payne suma un triunfo más, que laposiciona como la rival más directa de "The Artist" en los Oscar. Dehecho, "The Artist" se va de vacío, al igual que Albert Brooks, queve nuevamente cómo Christopher Plummer le arrebata el premio. Por lo demás,pocas categorías en unos premios que han elegido a Brad Pitt y Viola Davis comoactores, y a Melissa McCarthy como secundaria.
